個人資歷

• 畢業於國立中央大學外文系。
• 1981~1987年任教於中原大學，擔任人生哲學講師。
• 1989年穫得美佛新約國際大學教牧學博士。
• 1990年於美佛州新約國際大學擔任客座教授。
• 1984年開始推動都市人工作群基金會，躬身耕耘都市人心靈世界；又以「共同生活」的方式，將所收納之精神病患、吸毒、棄兒、中輟生等有千人之上的人士受訓為工作人員，由他生出的協會與社工團體經立案者已有十處之多。
• 1984年起於國內、外演講作教育及喚醒的工作；學校、企業界、政府單位、社會單位…等，足跡所及之處已有15國之多，聆聽過陳博士演講的人次已有二百萬人之多。1995年受邀在美國Dalas對世界商人全福會80國之代表演講；截至目前為止，聆聽博士演講的人數已超過200萬人次。
• 於1997年對社會的青少年問題提出了「青年城」的企劃案，入圍台灣年度十大企劃案獎，與高鐵企劃案同列，由中國時報及社會大學聯合頒獎。
• 1999年於台北市大安森林公園舉辦【結繩牽引少年心】，副總統及台北市長蒞臨。
• 同年，其台東分會成立之【大地之舞】獲民族舞蹈南區決賽第一名，亦創下五連勝疏榮。
• 2003年蓮花季，希伯崙全人關懷協會以協辦單位參與桃園縣文化局服務示範點，積極加入社區總體營造之行列。
• 2004年4月，法務部長陳定南先生親臨希伯崙全人關懷協會，並給予學員們鼓勵及肯定。
• 2004年8月，都市人基金會首創連續28天青少年戶外體驗共生營，並舉行結業暨授勳儀式；邀請行政院院長、內政部部長、法務部部長及教育部部長為學員們授勳。

II.Qualifications and Experiences in Details

Dr. Chen first graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages & Literature of National Central University.  In 1989, he received a Doctorate in Ministry from New Testament International University, Florida, U.S.A.  During the period from 1981 to 1987, he taught at Chung Yuan Christian University, giving lectures in Life Philosophy.  In 1990, he was invited to teach as a Visiting Professor at New Testament International University, Florida, U.S.A.

Since 1984, Dr. Chen has been giving speeches at home and abroad — with the purpose of educating and awakening people.  He has been to schools, enterprises, governmental organizations and social work organizations and has traveled in fifteen foreign countries.  The number of his audience has reached one million.

To tackle the teenagers’ problems in Taiwan, Dr. Chen proposed the project of 『Youth City’』 in 1997.  This project was chosen to rank along with the project of High-speed Railway among the Ten Projects of the Year in Taiwan and was given an award by China Times and social University jointly.

Dr. Chen’s own way of doing things is close to the spirit of Zen. Instead of writing books, he teaches his disciples by enlightening their minds and touching their hearts.  By so doing, he raises leaders from the new generations.  Numerous people have been influenced and guided by him.

III.Personal Philosophy

狂人牧師 窮人之父

陳公亮 牧師介紹

陳公亮牧師取名「公亮」，其母釋義為「公雞一叫天就亮！」似乎他一出生，就被賦予 「喚醒」世人的任務。而陳牧師自年少至今，瘋狂犧牲所有只為承啟天命。他「喚醒」人的聲音不是讓人聽進耳裡的，而是以無法阻擋的力道，「穿 透」人心，教人不醒也難。

出生苦難的陳牧師對苦難中人有特別的悲憫與看守。母親30出頭即診斷出罹患絕症，全家正被愁雲慘 霧壟罩之時，父親又因駕車撞死人而入獄，生命垂危的弱女子加上一群嗷嗷待哺的孩子，終日只能和絕望相擁而泣。在鄰人一一閃躲這「被詛咒」的一家人時，一位 80歲的陌生老人忽然來訪，天天對他們送暖並傳達「上帝的愛」。母親在萬念俱灰之餘，決定拋開數十年吃齋念佛的執念，請求上帝醫治她。後來母親的病真的好 起來，並且一夕之間，不識字的母親竟能看懂整本聖經。這場驚心動魄的經歷，讓陳牧師從此信奉及追隨主耶穌，再也沒有任何力量，可以動搖他走 上這條信心之路。

30歲，陳牧師便一躍成為基督教的當紅名嘴，榮獲台灣創意牧師第一名；33歲取得博士學位，擔任 國際講員、至大學任教；40歲，創辦神學院、基金會，建立了台灣成長最快速的基督教派……，縱使榮耀與掌聲不斷從天而降、從四面八方湧現，陳牧師的 感受卻是猶如芒刺在背。

天生反骨的陳牧師，極度痛恨虛偽、仇視假裝，他唾棄名利權勢，只愛和「窮人」在一起。1994年 一場吐露真言的演說，因涉及敏感的兩岸議題及利益糾葛，竟讓他一夕之間從耀眼名角變成階下囚、基督教界棄絕他、妻子離他而去……，從雲端墜落谷底的悲哀， 堅毅男兒也不禁淚流成河……。

1998年，陳牧師在一無所有的情況下和妻子小玲成婚。1999年從宗教界落難到坐落於楊梅的比 佛利山莊，陳牧師和妻子空無一物，一切從零開始。只是不知為何，一些受困之人，竟慢慢口耳相傳，紛紛靠攏過來，＜希伯崙＞於 焉成形，成了「活不下去的人」的避風港。

面對越來越多上門求助的更生人、中輟生、街友、家暴婦女、單 親媽媽、毒癮犯、精障者、受虐兒、孤兒……，陳牧師再熟悉不過，因為這三十幾年來，他只做兩件事：一是幫助窮人；另一是訓練願意幫 助窮人的人。是故他一一將他們接納進來一起生活，再將這些被社會棄置的人重新鍛練，讓他們體會「無用為大用」的生命意義與價值，讓他們在愛裡獲得重生。

陳牧師的所作所為，無疑是讓「正常人」與「主流社會」傻眼的，此種不按牌理出牌的作為讓他始終備 受爭議、飽受抨擊。如今他被基督教界列為叛徒；被政府官員視為狂人；被弱勢窮人當做父親，而我這一介平民，看他就像一位時代巨人，正傾畢生之力，為末路人 披荊斬棘，開創出一條生命坦途、歸鄉之路，即使這條路會遭逢巨石投擲、會面臨猛獸吞噬乃至「以命換命」，他也在所不惜……。
